We're having a lot of fun with these, including the challenge of figuring out the writing on the package. No help from the Frieling or Zenker websites, but 375 degrees for about 10 minutes got flour tortillas nice and crispy for us. A blog I read suggests 15 minutes at 375, in my oven that burned the edges.

Bought this product after seeing a similar set of tortilla bakers advertised on tv. They came in a timely fashion and worked great. We made a bunch of tortilla bowls for a taco salad party and they were very popular. The only issue we ran into is finding out how long to bake the tortillas for. The directions were in german, so we just looked up online how long to cook them for. Overall, a good buy.
