I bought this pudding mold last year, and it served me well over the holidays. It cooks your Christmas pudding evenly (due to the hollow center) while allowing it to remain moist (due to the snug fit of the lid). It is fairly easy to clean, and I had no problems with my pudding sticking when it was time to un-mold it (although that may be on account of the buttery-ness of the recipe I use). Be sure to order the correct capacity mold for your recipe. This is a fine little specialty tool to have in the kitchen.

Looks wellmade, but can't tell how well it's handle works as it is wrapped up!all the photos did not help get a true picture of the item. It also looks much bigger fromthe photos.

So far so good! I've made a few persimmon puddings and they seem to be the perfect size. I have been cleaning the mold and drying it out immediately after use. I'd recommend this size as a perfect dessert for 4. :o)
