An exquisite specimen of fine French pottery, this porcelain baker is simple in appearance with its milky white color, smooth finish, and fluted exterior yet durable due to its proprietary time-tested ingredients and quality construction. The tart dish's pristine beauty and excellent temperature retention (both hot and cold) make it a wonderful serving vessel that goes from oven or refrigerator to table. I haven't used my four Pillivyut tart dishes yet, as I'm collecting a few small porcelain tart pans for experiementing with tart making.This tart pan is measured 5-1/4", but it measures across the bottom at 4-3/4".These tart pans are good-looking.
